The Gorilla Century is happening Saturday September 3rd, 2022!
Go to our event page on Ride With GPS to get route downloads and invite friends.
All pavement for 2022
The paved routes are designed so that you have multiple bail out options to cut the ride short if you're wearing down fast. If you're having a great ride you can change your mind mid-ride and follow a longer route. No need to notify us.
Strava segments
We've set up a number of Strava segments on the route so you can have a little fun racing your friends and other riders during the ride! Segment start and finishes will be included on GPS cues.

Ready for the full 100? What's your time going to be on the fastest century course in the midwest? Four hours, five, six or are you just looking to ride more miles than ever before?
Want to do a century but not sure about 100 miles yet? Let's do 100K instead and have some energy left to dance at the festival later that night!
Want to get some fun miles in but don't want to be out all day or do more than you're ready for? The 38 mile option is perfect for you with 2 SAG stops along the way!
8.7 miles from the start the route heads south on Lone Star Road.
This 3 mile segment has a whole 21 feet of elevation change as it barrels down the smooth asphalt road.
26 miles in, starting as you exit Weir heading west. Distance is 1.25 miles with an initial false flat then a short drop and finally a punchy little hill to the finish line at Hosey Hill Cemetery.
38.3 miles in with Big Brutus in the rear view mirror this segment starts when you exit West Mineral and covers 3.4 miles of false flats to the Roseland city limits.
This 1.9 mile sprint starts 65.3 miles in at Chicken Annie's Girard just after crossing Hwy 47 as the route continues north toward Arma.
This appropriately named 4 mile segment begins at 84 miles after climbing out of Arcadia's North Pole SAG and heading south for the finish.
Charging toward the finish like barn sour horses going bananas you hit this final 3.2 mile long segment at the 97.8 mile mark.
